1.  Interest rates for home buyers are now at 4.5% which means you have the ability to finace more home in comparison to even a year ago.

2. The Fed is now offering $7500 tax credit for those who purchase a home in 2009 which even extends to those who purchased on or after April 2008.

3.  Because of the amount of inventory that has built up you are bound to find a home that fits your needs at your price!!

4.  Foreclosure (the reason why I a writing this blog) are very abundant and new ones are popping up daily. Many of which need very little work or are in move in condition.

5.  If you do not think you can afford the home of your dreams you may be mistaken.

6.  The market may be at the bottom write now but with the incentives that government is putting in placethings may turn around by the end of the year.
